Return Policy
Eligibility: No return allowed in case the product already shipped through our delivery partner. Returns are allowed exclusively within 24 hours of delivery for cases of damage or if the wrong product is received. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following points are met:
A.Unboxing video of the parcel with AWB Number which should start from the opening of the parcel and should not be edited.
B.Clear image of label in which AWB number is mentioned.
C. Image of product received.
Refund Policy
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team at support@innovcart.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Exchange Process:
Follow the same process as for returns. We will provide instructions for returning the item and sending a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is dispatched to the delivery partner, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please be aware that orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
